I left the copper hair rinse on towel-dried hair for an hour after I had evenly distributed it. Very happy with the result, I can postpone my hair appointment a bit. Been looking for a good hair dye blue for quite some time. Most brands fade fairly quickly, this one a lot less. This coloring also has the advantage of a nice smell.
