General terms and conditions

1. Who are we?

MISTER33.COM is a trade name of Allanda B.V., Grotestraat 54, 5358 BZ Huisseling, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 60451572, VAT ID NL853916652B01. E-mail: info@mister33.com, phone: +31 6 55793677. In these terms and conditions, we refer to ourselves as "we" and to you as the buyer as "you".

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from us and to every agreement concluded via mister33.com. Deviations are only valid if we have agreed upon them with you in writing. Additional agreements may apply to business customers and resellers.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before completing your order. Promotions and offers are valid while supplies last. In the event of an obvious mistake or error in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, we are not bound by that offer.

4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded as soon as you have placed and paid for your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.

5. Delivery

• We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands to the address you provide with your order. Delivery times and shipping costs per country can be found on our Shipping and delivery page.
• If delivery is unexpectedly not possible within 30 days, we will inform you and you may cancel the order free of charge. You will then receive a refund of the paid amount within 14 days.
• The risk of damage or loss rests with us until the moment the package is delivered to you.
• Pick-up is not possible.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will gladly ship it again. We may charge shipping costs for this again.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

• You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. In addition, we voluntarily grant you 90 days after receipt to return items.
• Report your withdrawal or return via info@mister33.com. You can also use our return form or the model withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
• Send the product back within 14 days of your notification, unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
• We will refund the purchase amount within 3 days after receipt and assessment of your return, using the payment method you used. If you withdraw from your entire order within 14 days, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs.
• Exchanges are not possible.

7. Exception to the right of withdrawal

For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personal care products whose seal or packaging you have opened after delivery. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles, jars, tubes, and packaging.

8. Payment

You complete payment when placing your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. If you choose Klarna, you pay Klarna in accordance with Klarna's terms (for example, pay later). We ship your order as soon as the payment has been confirmed. The products remain our property until they have been paid in full.

9. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the description in the webshop, and the applicable legal requirements, including the European Cosmetics Regulation. Your legal rights always remain in force. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us. You can then return it free of charge, and we will also reimburse the return costs.

10. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Report it as soon as possible, with a clear description, via info@mister33.com. We will respond within 14 days. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court.

11. Discount codes

• Discount codes and gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of issuance.
• Discount codes are intended for personal use and for recruiting new customers via personal channels, such as your own social media, e-mail, or word-of-mouth. It is not permitted to offer discount codes via commercial channels or to use the brand name MISTER33, or variants thereof, in domain names or URLs to attract traffic.

12. Liability

Use our products according to the instructions on the packaging and in the product description. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or gross negligence.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read more about this in our privacy policy.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms and conditions. The version that applied at the time you placed your order applies to your order.

15. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements with us. If you live as a consumer in another EU country, you retain the protection afforded to you by the mandatory law of that country.
