Who we are

What data we process and why

  • Ordering and delivery: name, address, email address, phone number, order details and payment status. We need these to fulfil your order (performance of the contract).
  • Customer service and returns: your messages and return details, so we can handle your question or return.
  • Accounting: invoices and order details, which we are legally required to keep.
  • Reviews: after your order you may receive an invitation to write a review (legitimate interest). You can always opt out.
  • Newsletter: only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe via the link in every email.
  • Website, analytics and advertising: cookies and similar technologies. Apart from necessary cookies, we only use these with your consent via the cookie banner.

Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We only share what is necessary with parties that help us provide our service:

  • Shopify: our webshop platform and payment processing;
  • payment providers such as PayPal and Klarna, if you pay with them. If you choose Klarna, Klarna receives your name, address, contact and order details; Klarna may carry out an identity and credit check and is itself responsible for this (see Klarna's privacy notice);
  • our shipping software and carriers, to deliver your parcel;
  • Judge.me: for review invitations and displaying reviews;
  • Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram): for analytics and advertising, only after your cookie consent.

Some of these parties process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States. This is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice data: 7 years (legal retention obligation).
  • Customer service contact: up to 2 years after it has been handled.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Customer account: until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

We always place necessary cookies, for example for your shopping cart, checkout and security. For analytics, personalisation and advertising we first ask for your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via ‘Cookie preferences’ at the bottom of the website.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, to restrict processing and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email your request to info@mister33.com; we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payments are encrypted via our payment providers; we never see your full payment details.
