Shipping and delivery
We ship all orders from our own warehouse in the Netherlands, with a reliable carrier. You always receive a track & trace code.

When do we ship?
Orders received on a working day are usually shipped the same or the next working day. If you order at the weekend or on a public holiday, your parcel will be shipped on the next working day.
Good to know
- Not at home? The courier will try again or leave your parcel with the neighbours or at a pick-up point.
- Collection from us is not possible.
- Please check your address when ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will be happy to send it again. We may charge shipping costs again for this.
