Mediskin Hydrating Body Cream is made for dry, flaky, or tight skin — lower legs in winter, arms after showering for too long, spots that feel tight again within an hour of applying lotion.
Urea is one of the substances your skin produces itself to retain moisture. With dry skin, that supply runs out, and you lose moisture increasingly faster. Urea from a cream replenishes this: it binds water in the upper layer of the skin and keeps it there. With 10% urea, this cream is at the high end of what you can buy over the counter.
On top of that, the formula creates a protective layer that prevents evaporation, so the moisture doesn't disappear immediately. Panthenol (provitamin B5) and vitamin E soothe and protect. The cream absorbs without leaving a greasy residue.
Mediskin was developed for those who need to pay more attention to their skin than average, and is therefore also suitable for diabetics.
